Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification or voice control.

The standard we hold the site to
Our target is WCAG 2.2 (opens in a new tab) Level AA. It includes the WCAG 2.0 Level A and AA criteria that the Revised Section 508 Standards adopt for web content and electronic documents, so a site that meets it also meets those. Section 508 binds federal agencies; we hold our own site to it because we test our clients’ products against it (see Section 508 accessibility).
How we checked it
On October 20, 2026 we tested every page of the site, 39 pages and the not-found page:
- Automated tests with axe-core 4.10 against the WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 Level A and AA rules, at desktop (1440 pixels), phone (390 pixels) and 320 pixels wide.
- Reflow: no page scrolls sideways at 320 pixels, the width of a 1280-pixel screen zoomed to 400 percent.
- Keyboard: the skip link is the first stop on every page and reaches the main content, and every stop after it shows a visible focus indicator.
- Text spacing: with WCAG’s larger line, letter, word and paragraph spacing applied, no text is cut off and no page scrolls sideways.
- Our whitepaper PDFs: each is tagged, with its language, title, bookmarks and alternative text for its figures.
The tests found five problems, and we fixed them the same day:
- The continuous monitoring page scrolled sideways, because a table meant only for screen readers was wider than the screen.
- A long example account name in the Microsoft 365 whitepaper did not wrap on phones.
- Wide tables in the whitepapers scrolled inside the page on phones but could not be reached with the keyboard.
- On phones, the month buttons of the virtual CISO calendar were smaller than 24 by 24 pixels.
- A note at the top of three whitepapers was marked up as a sidebar inside the main content.
What you can expect
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, starting with a link that skips past the navigation.
- Nothing moves for more than five seconds without a pause button, and if you ask your system to reduce motion, the drawings and scroll effects stay still.
- The drawings are decorative and hidden from screen readers; the text says everything they show. Interactive charts and tools have text or table equivalents.
- Text and controls meet the WCAG contrast minimums, and pages work zoomed to 400 percent.
What we have not checked yet
- We have not yet tested the site with screen readers such as JAWS, NVDA or VoiceOver, or with people who use assistive technology. Automated and keyboard tests do not catch every barrier.
- Our whitepaper PDFs are tagged automatically when we produce them. We have not checked them by hand against the PDF/UA standard.
- Booking a meeting takes you to a Microsoft Bookings page, and our company page is on LinkedIn. Microsoft and LinkedIn run those pages, and this statement does not cover them.
